Job Description: Reporting to the Primary Health Care Manager, the Dietitian- Degree provides medical nutrition therapy which includes screening, assessment, developing and implementing evidence-based care plans, counseling, direction on nutrition support, and other needed nutrition interventions for patients/residents/clients. The Dietitian - Degree will work collaboratively as part of multi-disciplinary health care teams to create a patient/resident/client- and family-centered environment conducive to the provision of quality care

Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in nutrition.
- Completion of an accredited dietetic practicum.
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians (SCD).
- Registered/eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC).
- Valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License.
- Previous experience in a clinical nutrition setting is an asset.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Time management skills.
- Must be self-motivated and confident in ability to work independently.
