Description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmasave #400 in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide patient-focused clinical services, including medication reviews, chronic disease management, and care plan development
-Administer vaccines and immunizations
-Assess and monitor drug therapy for appropriateness, effectiveness, interactions, and adverse effects
-Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications and health-related topics
-Supervise pharmacy students and provisional pharmacists
-Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards
-Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
-Support daily pharmacy operations as needed
Qualifications
-Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals
-Injection certification required
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
-Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to care
