Jones Business Accounting is looking for a full-time employee to begin work as soon as can be arranged. Primary duties will include:
1. Reception and Office Administration: Duties will include answering phones, greeting clients, making appointments, preparing the mail, filing, preparing letters and financial documents, scanning and emailing. Experience and proficiency with Outlook, Work and Excel are required. Computer troubleshooting would be an additional asset.
Duties will also include making schedules, monthly lists and ensuring the office meets deadlines.
2. Data Entry - Duties will include entering business related sales and expense information. Experience and proficiency with Sage 50 Accounting Software is required.
The successful applicant must be able to take direction, work independently, perform under pressure and tight deadlines, manage their time and have excellent interpersonal skills.
