Inclusion Saskatchewan is welcoming applications for a part-time/casual Job Coach. This is a temporary short-term contract based in Saskatoon.

Duties include assisting an individual with intellectual disability to learn job tasks, learning the routine, learning to communicate with managers, co-workers and customers and problem solving at the job. The goal is for the individual to become independent and therefore fade out job coaching support. This position in particular is to assist the employee with his position as a delivery driver.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is an asset.
