Spicy Peppercorn Restaurant is looking for one experienced Cook.
Job details are as follows:

Wage: $18.00/hour
Term of employment: fulltime, permanent, working average of 40 hours per week
Education: High School graduation or equivalent work experience
Work experience: 1 year of working experience

Job duties and responsibilities:
    Organize and oversee special events and food service activities
    Decide appropriate portion sizes and calculate food costs to stay within budget
    Design menus and plan the amount of ingredients needed for daily operations and events
    Order food items and kitchen supplies as required
    Prepare and cook full meals, individual dishes, and other food items
    Check kitchens and food preparation areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
    Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling
    Keep accurate records of inventory, food supplies, and kitchen equipment
    Clean and maintain kitchen areas and workstations
