Provincial Oral Surgery is a busy oral and maxillofacial surgical practice serving Regina and surrounding communities. Many of our patients arrive anxious, uncomfortable, or in pain. The front desk plays a critical role in setting the tone for their care.
This is not a casual or flexible role. We are seeking a reliable, articulate, and highly organized professional who values consistency, clear communication, and accountability.

Position Details (Non-Negotiable)
-Full-time, permanent
-Monday-Friday
-7:30 AM -4:30 PM
-Consistent attendance and punctuality are required,Professional, respectful surgical environment

Key Responsibilities
-Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
-Communicate clearly with patients who may be anxious or distressed
-Explain scheduling and office processes accurately and confidently
-Schedule and manage surgical consultations and procedures
-Enter patient information efficiently and accurately
-Communicate effectively with surgeons, assistants, and clinical staff
-Take initiative to keep the front desk organized and running smoothly

Required Skills & Attributes
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
-Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
-Confidence and clarity on the phone
-Strong typing and computer skills
-Reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
-Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Dental or medical experience is not required, but applicants must demonstrate professionalism, maturity, and a genuine interest in working in a healthcare environment.
