The City of Regina is seeking a grounded, communityrooted leader who lives and leads through Indigenous worldviews and moves comfortably between ceremony and municipal systems.
In this role, you will:
- Lead Indigenous inclusion strategies and culturally grounded programs.
- Build strong relationships with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community partners.
- Steward and activate the Citys Ceremonial Site, including care of the Citys tipis.
- Guide municipal policies, training, and events through Indigenous perspectives.
- Support reconciliation through action, collaboration, and communitydriven approaches.
You bring:
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and deep knowledge of - Indigenous cultures, protocols, and governance.
- Strong facilitation, relationshipbuilding, and communication skills.
- Cultural humility, strategic thinking, and comfort in both ceremonial and municipal spaces.
- Ability to work flexible hours, travel within Regina, and handle tipi poles and related materials.
