Description

We are adding to our 2026 Seasonal Housekeeping Team and would love to have you join us. You will assist with delivering exceptional resort experiences with a sense of responsibility and commitment. As a Housekeeper with Elk Ridge Resort, you are expected to look at each room that you service through the eyes of the guest and using attention to detail meet or exceed Elk Ridge Resort cleanliness standards. You will have the opportunity to service Lodge rooms, Cabins, Townhomes, and Cottages.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Attendants have the opportunity to make a positive impact in providing the Wow factor in guest rooms to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience during their stay with us.

Specifically you will:

Make beds and strip linens from beds and bathrooms & handling linen in line with Resort standards
Vacuum and dust throughout the suite (carpeting & hardwood floors)
Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
Clean kitchens and appliances and remove garbage
Clean glass, wood, aluminum and marble surfaces with approved cleaning products
Attend to guest requests for extra supplies or other items
Responsible for ensuring that linens and amenities are fully stocked in the housekeeping pantry.
Handle and report lost and found items according to Resort policy
Report room items requiring maintenance
Report housekeeping items that require deep cleaning (e.g. stains on carpets and bed skirts)
Deliver exceptional resort experiences with a sense of responsibility and commitment
Proactively monitor and maintain all job tools, and equipment

Job Requirements:

Positive attitude, self starter, team player and solutions orientated
Strong attention to detail
Personal motivation to manage time and tasks so the right things get done at the right time and positive attitudes are maintained while under pressure
Be able to lift up to 20lbs, occasionally lift up to 50lbs
