Description

Energy Dodge is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our service department. We are specifically seeking experienced apprentices and Red Seal Journeyperson Technicians who are motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Compensation
Competitive wages from $40$60/hour, based on experience, certification level, and skill set.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
Confirm repair and replacement decisions with the Service Manager
Road test vehicles and review work orders
Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections
Repair or replace automotive systems and components
Adjust and calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications
Communicate completed work and future repair recommendations
Complete service documentation and reports
Mentor apprentices and contribute to a strong team environment
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Experience and Skills (Assets)
Engine repair and overhaul
Diagnostics
Electrical and electronic systems
Diesel engines
Brakes, suspension, alignment, and fuel systems
Ignition, transmission, drivetrain, and HVAC systems

Requirements
Valid drivers licence
Registered apprentice or Red Seal Journeyperson preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
