Description

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing and managing all aspects of human resources as the organization scales.

People Strategy & Organizational Development
Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and objectives. Support workforce planning, organizational structure, and role development. Help define and strengthen Virtual Health Hubs culture, values, and employee experience.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting development, candidate screening, interviews, and offers. Support managers in making timely, equitable, and values-aligned hiring decisions. Develop consistent and inclusive hiring practices as the organization grows.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Design and manage onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated and supported. Oversee employee records, probation periods, role changes, and offboarding, ensuring consistency and compliance.

Performance Management & Development
Develop and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, feedback processes, and performance reviews. Support managers in coaching, development planning, and addressing performance concerns.

HR Policies, Compliance & Risk Management
Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legislation. Ensure confidentiality, fairness, and consistency in HR practices. Manage employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Compensation & Benefits Administration
Support development and administration of compensation structures and benefits programs. Assist leadership with salary benchmarking and role alignment.

Culture, Engagement & Employee Relations
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace, as a trusted point of contact for employees. Promote culturally aware and community-centered practices aligned with Virtual Health Hub's partnerships.
