Elkridge Resort is building the 2026 Food and Beverage Front of House Team and would love to have you join us. We are looking for Servers for our outlets & banquets: The Wyld Pub, Fredrich Cafe, Fredrich Inspired Kitchen & Cocktails, CaddySnack concession & Beverage cart, Twigs Ice Cream, and in our Banquet department.

Job Duties:

Provide excellent guest service.
Greet guests and provide dining options.
Make suggestions based on guest preferences.
Take and serve food/drinks orders where applicable.
Up-sell when appropriate.
Arrange table settings.
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
Provide guests with their bill and collect payment.
Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Job Requirements:

Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for excellent guest service. As a Food and Beverage Server your attitude and attention to detail are crucial in creating a positive and memorable dining experience for our guests.
Well organized during both slow and busy periods.
High attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
Have strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Excellent grooming and professional presentation.
Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays and evenings.
Previous hospitality experience considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From CA$15.35 per hour
