Description

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is seeking a Certificate Coordinator to support secure and reliable government IT services.

The ministry offers a collaborative environment, opportunities for growth, and work that contributes to highquality digital service delivery for citizens. They are looking for someone who can communicate effectively, work across teams, analyze complex requirements, and manage the full lifecycle of application certificates for internal and vendorsupported systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, clientfocused, and able to build strong relationships while balancing highpressure demands. They bring experience with certificate and PKI management, knowledge of IT infrastructure, business applications, and lifecycle processes, and the ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences. Required skills include problemsolving, decisionmaking, technical and business analysis, and an understanding of IT security, project management methodologies, and change and release processes. Experience with Venafi or CyberArk PKI, application lifecycle management, system design, SDLC, and Azure services is valuable.

Typically, this expertise is gained through a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent training and experience, along with at least six years of experience in an IT environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating certificate renewals and deployments, managing issuance and tracking, supporting stakeholders and vendors, improving reporting, refining processes, and developing documentation and technical specifications.
