Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality repair and maintenance services for facilities and equipment using both preventative and reactive approaches
Perform hands-on maintenance while effectively managing time, tasks, and resources
Diagnosing equipment and system faults and complete repairs independently
Support safe, reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
Adapt to changing priorities to meet operational needs
Maintain accurate records through work orders or maintenance reporting systems
Qualifications & Experience
Knowledge of three-phase electrical systems
Hands-on experience with heavy-duty mechanical equipment, including forklifts, trailers, and welders
Practical understanding of compressed air systems and pneumatic tools
Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage daily priorities with minimal supervision
Technical training or 2+ Years in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields
Strong reliability, accountability, and work ethic
Willingness to work overtime as required to ensure tasks are completed
Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational demands
Leadership potential and willingness to support junior staff (considered an asset)
Basic computer skills, including CMMS, work orders, or reporting systems
