Description

Duties

Perform concrete forming, masonry work, and rebar installation as required for structural repairs and new builds.
Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, siding, roofing, and other finishing elements with precision.
Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively.
Conduct restoration tasks including surface preparation, painting, caulking, and sealing to restore properties to their original condition or improve aesthetics.
Assist with plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and other specialized trades when necessary.
Measure materials for construction estimating purposes and ensure proper material usage.
Complete heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements
Proven experience in construction-related roles such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or general renovation work.
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other relevant equipment.
Knowledge of construction estimating processes and material calculations.
Strong skills in drywall installation, tile laying, flooring installation, siding application, and cabinet installation are preferred.
Experience with restoration projects or woodworking is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on elevated or confined spaces as needed.
Basic electrical or plumbing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality workmanship.
