Project pre-qualification packages

Progress Billing Support
Assist with project kick-off package
Corporate info package and estimating support
Sub-contractor management
Scheduling & Coordination:
Organize company meetings, accommodations, and travel arrangements
Coordinate cross shift on Industrial contracts
Point of contact for employee site needs
Site orientation and training needs
Update to project schedules
Recruitment & Hiring:
Coordinate end to end recruitment for field and office positions
Post job ads on appropriate platforms and manage applicant tracking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and site supervisors
Check references and prepare offers
Conduct the full onboarding process
Onboarding Support:
Prepare and execute 2-week employee evaluations
Key contact for employee until post 2-week evaluations
Any required admin support to get staff on site
Safety Program:
Inspections and audits
Accident & Investigation
Emergency Response Plans
Company and site health and safety reporting
Compliance Programs
Promote a safety culture
OH&S committee member
Employee Relation Support:
Maintain employee records
