Job Description: The Administrative Assistant within Provincial Programs - Tertiary Care is directly accountable to the Director Neurosciences Provincial, and the Director of Pharmacy Saskatoon to provide administrative support. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to ensure the efficient operation of the portfolio(s), through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the administrative team to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority's objectives. The incumbent coordinates workflow with other administration support staff and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.
Education: Grade 12 plus graduation from an approved Office Education training program
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Knowledge in governance and policy

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in an autonomous environment
- Ability to be self directed and work relatively independently
