About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee day to day security operations, lead a team of security personnel, and ensure a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, dependable leader, and proactive problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, and support a team of security guards across assigned site.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure compliance with security procedures.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms in a timely and professional manner.
Train and mentor security staff, ensuring all team members follow policies and safety protocols.
Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor CCTV systems and manage access control procedures.
Participate in ongoing risk assessments and recommend improvements.


Qualifications

Valid Security Guard License (Saskatchewan).
Minimum 2-3 years of security experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective in high pressure situations.
Proficient in report writing and basic computer applications.
Must be physically able to perform patrol duties, including walking and standing for extended periods.
Class 5 driver's license (preferred).


Working Conditions

Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Combination of indoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
