DUTIES:
-    Prepare and cook meals for a full menu
-    Oversee kitchen operations
-    Work with minimal supervision
-    Monitor supplies
-    Supervise kitchen helpers
-    Follow safety and sanitation requirements
-    Ensure food quality
-    Clean kitchen and work area

EDUCATION:  Completion of Secondary School

EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cook
