We have an exciting opportunity for a Controller in Regina, SK.

Main Duties include:
Establishes and maintains financial systems, accounting policies, internal controls, and audit practices.
Oversees accurate and timely month-end close processes, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
Leads the development of annual and multi-year operating and capital budgets.
Monitors performance against budget and forecasts; prepares financial projections and scenario analyses.
Safeguards assets and financial integrity through effective controls, segregation of duties, and procedural oversight.
Leads, mentors, and develops Finance team members.
Prepares financial reports for the Board of Directors, Audit & Risk Committee, and external stakeholders.
Participates in internal leadership meetings and provides briefing materials and recommendations.

Competencies for Success:
An undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration or Commerce with a focus on Accounting
A CPA designation is necessary, and an active member of CPA Saskatchewan.
5 - 7 years of senior progressive and successful business and financial accounting experience.
