We are currently looking for a dynamic and self-motivated scheduler, who possesses solid business acumen and a strong ability for gathering and analyzing project data to keep costs and schedules on track.
The ideal candidate will have:
Min 2 years experience in Project Controls
5 years experience with Primavera and/or MS Project
Project Management or Project Coordinator experience is an asset
Experience in the development/improvement of project management processes, philosophies & strategies
Experience in planning/scheduling, risk assessment, costing and finance
Concepts of document management & knowledge management
Ability to be decisiveness & have strong analytical skills
Imperative to have excellent communication, verbal, written & interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality, team player, proactive, make it happen & can-do attitude
Ability to work with minimal supervision to complete required assignments
Excellent at process improvement & gap analyses
Five (5) years of experience as a production scheduler.
Production experience preferred.
Knowledge of MPS/MRP, JIT, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Kanban, and Supply Chain design.
APICS certification preferred
Advanced ability to effectively problem-solve, communicate (orally and in writing), lead business discussions and train others.
Strong organizational skill set.
Strong knowledge of software systems, as well as Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and MS Project and/or any project scheduling software.
Able to maintain filing systems, databases, and basic diary/minutes management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
