Description

Duties include but are not limited to:
Provide mentorship in culturally relevant mental health counselling.
Lead second-level crisis response for the MLFNs.
Offer case management, mentoring, and advisory support to mental health and addictions support workers.
Provide support and mentorship to crisis and HUB services.
Identify training needs and deliver short-term training for mental health and addictions support workers.
Assist with and monitor submission of monthly reports for EMR reporting systems.
Develop mental health materials to address needs and fill gaps.
Facilitate capacity-building initiatives in education, prevention, and counselling/therapy groups for wellness/mental health issues.
Collaborate with NNADAP and Wellness staff to develop training and program initiatives.
Support community development events as well as integrate cultural and land-based healing approaches.
