Description

The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for a temporary full-time Human Resources Advisor in Yorkton, SK.

The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for delivery of human resource services in support of instructional and non-instructional staff. They serve as a primary point of contact to administration and staff in a variety of functional areas with emphasis on recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee and labour relations, attendance management, workplace accommodation, reporting and general HR support.

Term: April 1, 2026 to October 29, 2027.

Salary:
In accordance with the OOS Salary Grid ($66,297 to $78,750)

The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications:
-Diploma in Human Resources Management, organizational management or equivalent. CPHR designation would be considered an asset.
-3-5 years of related human resources experience
