They will understand multicultural beliefs and values, particularly First Nations and Metis perspectives, and be skilled in applying familycentred case management in assessing, planning, and evaluating service needs. Strong communication, collaboration, and adherence to service standards are essential.
Responsibilities of the role include supervising and supporting Child and Family Program staff, leading change within the work unit, delivering Structured Decision Making training, contributing to policy and service delivery implementation, liaising with community partners, and representing the ministry on committees.
