The Ministry of Social Services is offering opportunities for term Child Protection Workers in the Nipawin and Melfort offices, supporting communities through protective, preventative, and support services grounded in the Family Centered Case Management model. Candidates must demonstrate strong assessment and riskanalysis skills, understanding of child protection legislation, and the ability to manage complex, emotionally challenging situations. Effective communication, sound judgment, and the ability to work within multidisciplinary and communitybased settings are essential.
