Talent Acquisition Coordinator (2+ years) with recruitment experience to provide support to recruitment teams.
This role is 5 days in office in Saskatoon.
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience as a talent coordinator with understanding of the full lifecycle of recruitment
- Strong Administrative experience with strong attention to detail
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a databases or applicant tracking systems (for example SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG Pro, iCIMS or others)
Nice to have:
Experience with event coordination an asset
What you will do:
- Review requisition details for accuracy in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors) and delegate to respective recruiters
- Post jobs on company's internal and external website, and niche/local job boards for applicable positions
- Schedule phone screens between candidates and recruiters
- Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist recruiters with reviewing applications, updating candidate statuses, and phone screening as needed
- Draft offer letters to be reviewed and extending to candidates once approved as needed
- Build off company templates to create recruitment marketing materials for hiring leaders to post online and in their local area (flyers, mailers, etc.)
- Assist with coordination and logistics for recruitment events
- Other duties as assigned
