Description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead operations at Tim Hortons in Esterhazy, Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee inventory, supplies, equipment, cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
-Maintain Always Fresh standards and control waste.
-Lead, coach, and motivate staff in alignment with company values.
-Track sales, manage budgets, update POS, and control costs (food, paper, labour).
-Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise 7 to 15 team members (FrontCounter, Bakers, Shift Supervisors).
-Support staff development, discipline when required, and ensure policy compliance.
-Ensure excellent guest experience and complete required reports.
-Promote community engagement.
-Enforce safety legislation, conduct inspections, manage hazards, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.

Qualifications:
-2 to 3 years of management experience (food service preferred).
-Knowledge of Tim Hortons operations is an asset.
-Strong leadership, communication, conflictmanagement, and problemsolving skills.
-Proficient with POS systems, electronic cash registers, and MS Office.
-Professional, organized, and able to manage time and resources effectively.
-Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
-Criminal Record Check required.

Schedule:
-40 hours per week, within store operating hours:
-The store operates Monday to Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
