Crisis Movement Support Services (CMSS) is seeking a Student Co-Facilitator (Independent Contractor) to support delivery of programming in Regina.
This is a non-clinical, trauma-informed community wellness program for adults (18+).
The Student Co-Facilitator will work alongside a Lead Facilitator to:
Support delivery of weekly 3-hour group sessions
Assist with participant engagement and structured activities
Encourage emotional awareness and skill-building
Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive group environment
Complete attendance sheets and brief session documentation
Assist with session preparation and material setup
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related discipline or interest
Understanding of trauma-informed practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
This is a contract, session-based position. No minimum number of sessions is guaranteed.
