The Labour Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the allocation of field personnel across active and upcoming projects to ensure workforce requirements are met safely, efficiently and in alignment with project schedules. This role reports directly to the Construction Manager and acts as the central point of coordination between Project Managers, site supervision and Human Resources to support timely mobilization, productivity, compliance and cost control. The position plays a key role in maintaining workforce continuity, reducing downtime and supporting successful project execution across all construction operations.
This position is based out of our Head Office in Saskatoon with occasional travel to our sites.
