Our Member Advisors play a vital role in supporting our members by providing friendly, knowledgeable service across our branches and digital channels. As a summer student, you'll gain hands-on experience in financial services, strengthen your communication and problemsolving skills, and be part of a supportive team dedicated to helping members succeed.

What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for our membersgreeting them warmly and helping them with daytoday banking needs.
Respond to member inquiries by offering clear advice and guidance on a full range of financial products and services.
Promote and support members with both cash and noncash products and services, identifying opportunities to help them achieve their financial goals.
Utilize digital banking solutions to make banking easier, more efficient, and more convenient for members.
Supporting our members, connecting them to the right Credit Union products and services that meet their needs.
Travel within the region as required (up to 200 km), following Innovations Travel Practice Guidelines.
