Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Efficiently help customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service.
Answering and directing all incoming telephone lines on a multi-line switchboard.
Service all client inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion.
Communicate customer feedback and concerns to all appropriate parties and supervisors.
General bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
The ability to multitask and whilst in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Manage office supplies and submit office supply orders.
Prepare correspondence and documents as necessary.
Organize catering, customer and employee events.
Manage petty cash and receipts.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes when required.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Support various departments with clerical duties as needed.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Any other duties as assigned.
