NGIT Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations within the executive office and requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Act as the primary communication liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, organize materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including logistics, accommodations, and transportation.
- Support special projects by tracking milestones and providing regular updates.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other professional documents.
- Maintain an organized executive office and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decisionmaking and strategic initiatives.
