Westridge Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Saskatoon team. This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering commercial and civil construction projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Westridge quality standards, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the planning and execution of multiple commercial and civil construction projects
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues
* Ensure projects meet established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
* Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to address challenges effectively
* Supervise and lead project teams, including project coordinators and superintendents
* Work with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and objectives
* Manage project budgets, including monitoring costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring profitability

Qualifications and Education:
* Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a Technology Diploma is preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
* 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management
* Strong understanding of commercial construction
* Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as required
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
