Were looking for a Corporate Underwriting Training Specialist to help lead that work.

In this role, youll design and deliver high-impact training that supports underwriting onboarding, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Youll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to turn complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences that make a real difference.

Education & Experience:
Typically gained through:
Two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business, or defined equivalency.
5  7 years experience in Property & Casualty  insurance with at least 3 years experience in underwriting and 2 years experience in the creation, maintenance, and delivery of training programs.
Working towards a certificate or designation in the field of Adult Education.
