Description

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative is accountable to respond to customer inquiries, marketing credit products and services, and supporting the branch team in a professional and courteous manner.

This is a six month term position.



What you will do:  

Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits.

Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts  while ensuring 100% accuracy.

Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the End of Day Report and Payments Listing.

Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.

Completes administrative correspondence.

Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory.

Champion Nutriens culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards.



What you will bring:  

2+ years of customer service experience.
Agriculture experience, preferred.
Accounts receivable, Accounts payable an asset.
Organizational skills.
Patience.
Safety experiences an asset.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must possess a valid Canadian drivers license.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous SAP experience, an asset.
