OuTcomes Therapy is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our school-based team in Regina and surrounding communities.

This is a hands-on, movement-filled, and child-centred role supporting neurodivergent children to participate, belong, and succeed at school.

This is not a desk job.

This is a job where you will:
-implement therapy plans with children with diverse needs
-support sensory regulation, fine & gross motor skills
-help classrooms become more inclusive and accessible
-create visuals, schedules, and therapy materials
-collaborate with teachers and families
-move - a lot - through busy, active school days

Yes, there will be laminating.
Yes, there will be crafting and creating.
And yes, you will see kids grow because of the work you do.
