Description

W.F. Botkin is currently seeking a full-time Loader Operator for our aggregate sites. This role is responsible for operating loaders to transport aggregate or other materials, load semis, and/or stock pile aggregates.

Duties:
*Operate loaders to load and transport various materials such as sand, gravel, or rocks
*Maintain and operate the loader in a safe and effective manner
*Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.
*Ensure that materials are loaded safely and efficiently, and that production goals are met
*Perform pre and post operational inspections on loader and report any issues
*Ability to construct ramps and stockpiles
*Effectively operate loader controls to lower and tilt bucket and drive forward to force bucket into bulk material, etc
*Complete all necessary paperwork

Qualifications:
*Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Loader Operator.
*Experience in routine equipment maintenance.
*Effective verbal and written communication.
*Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
*Valid drivers license (Class 3A) and a clean driving record
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
*Excellent time management skills.
*Scheduling flexibility as overtime and out of town is needed
