We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Director and play a central role in the smooth functioning of our leadership office. The Executive Administrative Assistant will coordinate the daily operations of the Executive Directors office, manage Boardrelated activities, prepare and edit documents, conduct research, and support organizational initiatives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to anticipate needs before they arise.
Primary Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage incoming correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials, ensuring they are prioritized, organized, and routed appropriately.
Draft, type, proofread, and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Executive Director.
Prioritize, redirect, or respond to inquiries and correspondence as appropriate.
Conduct research, gather background information, and analyze data to support the Executive Directors decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Maintain the Executive Directors calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
Ensure the Executive Director is fully prepared for all engagements by assembling briefing materials, agendas, reports, and supporting documents.
