Waggin Wheelz Veterinary Services is hiring!

We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist! The successful candidate for this full-time position must be reliable, friendly and have exceptional customer service and communication skills. They must also enjoy being around companion animals, primarily cats and dogs.

The main duties required of a Veterinary Receptionist include:
- Greeting clients and their pets
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Answering phone and email inquiries
- Maintaining accurate medical records
- Handling billing and payments
- Supporting staff by assisting with administrative tasks
- Facilitating communication between all staff members and clients
- Computer and technology literacy is a requirement

Administrative experience and/or formal training is an asset, but extensive on-job training will be provided. All candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and be a great team player.

Wage will be negotiable and based on experience. Health and other benefits available after a three month probation period.

Waggin Wheelz Veterinary Services is a locally owned small animal practice located in Wynyard, SK, which is strategically located equal distances from Regina, Saskatoon, and Yorkton. Wynyard is a great community for growing families, offering many options in the areas of tourism, recreation, culture and agriculture. Wynyard boasts a lively main street as well as a brand new multi-facility arena.
