Job Description: Provides counseling and crisis intervention services, and acts as a liaison between the health care system and traditional holistic concepts and principles to ensure the health needs of First Nation and Metis clients/patients/residents are met.

Education
- Indigenous Social Work diploma
Experience
- Twelve (12) months previous experience working in health care.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic medical terminology
- Interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate in a First Nation language, where required by the job
- Knowledge of First Nation and Metis culture and traditions
- Valid drivers license
