Truck Dispatcher  B Frank Trucking

B Frank Trucking is a Saskatchewan-based trucking company operating a growing fleet. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and driver-focused Truck Dispatcher to coordinate daily fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch and schedule drivers and loads
Communicate load details, changes, and expectations with drivers
Monitor truck locations and manage delays or issues
Coordinate with customers, brokers, and partners
Ensure compliance with Hours of Service and safety regulations
Minimize downtime and empty miles
Coordinate maintenance and equipment availability
Maintain accurate documentation (BOLs, PODs, load confirmations)
Support billing and payroll with completed trip records
Participate in after-hours or on-call rotation as required

Qualifications:
Dispatch or logistics experience preferred
Knowledge of Canadian Hours of Service regulations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with dispatch software and GPS tracking
Professional, respectful approach with drivers and customers

Compensation:
Salary range $70,000-120,000 annually, based on experience. Performance-based bonuses available. Cell phone allowance and flexible work options where operationally possible.
