Living Sky School Division is seeking a Superintendent of Learning to join our Senior Leadership Team beginning August 3, 2026. This is a key system leadership role for a visionary, values-driven educational leader who is passionate about innovation, system improvement, and building leadership capacity across schools.

The core mandate of a superintendent in Living Sky School Division is to ensure system effectiveness and lead system change. This role is responsible for advancing division priorities through high-quality service delivery, instructional and leadership development, and equitable, future-focused practices that support student success across diverse contexts.

The successful candidate will bring strong system-level thinking, demonstrated administrative experience, and a collaborative leadership approach grounded in relationships, trust, and continuous improvement. Experience leading complex organizational change and a deep understanding of secondary education will be essential as Living Sky continues to evolve its organizational structure, processes, and culture.

Salary Range: $168,000  $193,000

Qualifications and Experience

A Masters degree in Educational Administration is required, or current enrollment in a Masters program in Educational Administration
Successful experience in school-based and/or system-level administration
Strong knowledge of high school education, graduation pathways, and credit attainment
Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and support leaders through complex change
A collaborative, relational leadership style with a strong system-wide perspective
