The Position: Roles in our company sometimes shift based on what is needed and what each persons skill set is. The next person we hire will be involved with the following functions, and likely many more:
Performing and overseeing certain accounting functions (how we measure performance);
Performing and overseeing certain business administrative functions (how we keep things working well in the company);
Helping manage existing real estate assets (how we operate);
Learning about our business in order to grow with it (how we will succeed in the future).
The Ideal Candidate will have the following traits:
Is a good person with a great personality (we want someone that our team members, customers, suppliers all enjoy working with);
Wants to be involved in many aspects of the business and is comfortable with new things and making recommendations/decisions;
Is flexible and has the capacity to adjust to short-term change, quickly and calmly in order to deal with unexpected problems or tasks effectively (or unexpected twists and turns in a day);
Understands business both operationally and financially (developed through a combination of relevant education and experience);
