In this role, you will:
-Provide technical and troubleshooting expertise for maintenance functions.
-Lead execution of maintenance shutdowns and maintenance expense projects on site as well as assisting with identification and budgeting of those items.
-Play a lead role in the development and execution of Camecos predictive maintenance program and reliability culture, working alongside the Asset Management and Reliability team.
Required:
-bachelors degree in Engineering;
-a minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering and supervisory experience in heavy industry;
-equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered;
-you must be eligible for registration with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS);
-strong communication and problem-solving skills;
-work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft; and
-experience in an operational environment.
Recommended:
-experience and/or training in development and execution of reliability programs; and
-CMRP or MMP designation.
