M&O Construction Ltd. is hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our crew. We complete residential and commercial concrete work including basement floors, slabs, and garage floors. This position is for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and shows up ready to work every day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for placing and finishing concrete to a high standard. Duties include screeding, floating, edging, troweling, and finishing concrete surfaces while maintaining proper grade, finish, and site safety. Experience with basement floors and slab work is required. Ability to work efficiently with placing and formwork crews is an asset. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years concrete finishing experience and a solid understanding of finishing techniques and tools. Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required. Candidates must be physically capable of working outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
