What You'll Do:
You'll maintain Squire's property portfolio to ensure functionality and condition, working professionally while adhering to RTA policies, keeping accurate records, and providing maintenance recommendations to Property Managers.
Maintenance & Repairs
-Oversee plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
-Troubleshoot and complete minor repairs
-Complete unit turnovers for prospective tenants
-Provide proactive maintenance recommendations
-Perform minor landscaping and other assigned tasks
Record Keeping
-Maintain records using the online system
-Track timesheets and purchase orders
-Create and maintain a database with property insights
-Code and file receipts
Scheduling & Administration
-Coordinate with Property Managers/Operations Manager for resident, tenant, and guest entry approvals
-Assist with daily scheduling and provide time estimates for expense approvals
-Coordinate with approved vendors when required
-Proactively order supplies for site visits
-Maintain company equipment
What We're Looking For:
-Minimum two years' experience in a similar or transferable role
-Safe, effective use of hand tools
-Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs indoors/outdoors)
-Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, doors, windows, fixtures, and basic plumbing
-Calm under pressure with strong multitasking skills
-Comfortable learning new systems and asking questions
-Familiar with Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS, iCloud)
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Excellent organization skills
-Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
