What You'll Do:
-Clean and prepare furnished suites for new guests, ensuring they are spotless and welcoming.
-Inspect and restock supplies to maintain a high standard of hospitality.
-Manage turnovers efficiently, following scheduling tools and checklists.
-Handle linens and laundry at our office - sorting, folding, and prepping.
-Identify and report maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors.
-Support special projects, including move-out and post-construction cleaning.
-Maintain common areas in buildings as per a set schedule.
-Assisting with the administrative functions of guest arrivals and departures.
-Provide support to the Property Manager with tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
-Availability: Must be able to work 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts. Scheduled workdays will vary week-to-week based on demand, including weekdays and weekends (must be available for at least two weekends per month). Each shift runs from 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
-Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle daily.
-Connectivity: A smart phone with a data plan to stay in touch and use our digital systems.
-Independence: A self-motivated, problem-solving team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
-Clean background: A clear criminal record check is required.
-Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is an asset.
