Description

Explore this opportunity to demonstrate or hone your HR Recruitment skills for a 6-7 month term period!

As Recruitment / HR Administrator you will support the HR Team and hiring cycle for our Client, a highly respected Western Canadian organization, with head office in Regina.  

You will:  
- Serve as a main point of contact for applicants, provide updates and ensure a professional, positive experience for all candidates.
- Assist in job description preparation, career postings on job boards and ensure the applicant tracking system database is up to date on a daily basis.  
- Respond to candidate enquiries by phone or email, pre-screen candidates, book interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and the hiring managers.  Ensure a smooth, compliant and efficient process.
- Coordinate events, employee recognition programs, education enrollment and ensure all employee files are accurate and up to date.  
- Enter data, review and update spreadsheets, benefits updates, compensation reports, etc.  
- Facilitate new hire paperwork and prepare for employee orientation.

As the selected candidate, you will bring:
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in human resources or related training/experience.  
- 2+ years experience in a human resource generalist and/or recruitment function.  
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS/ATS systems.  
- Outgoing, friendly personality, with a creative mindset to remain organized, multi-task and meet changing priorities.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.  Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions, templates and procedures.
-  A commitment to serve as a professional HR representative following company procedures, employment standards, compliance and confidentiality.

Regina (Head Office) downtown location.  
Start for a 6-7 month term, estimated end of Aug, mid Sept. Monday-Friday 8:00 am  5:00 pm.  Competitive remuneration package.
