Description

Farm and Recreational Parts Advisor plays a crucial role in supporting agricultural and recreational equipment users by providing expert advice, managing parts inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales Support

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts for farm and recreational equipment such as tractors, ATVs, lawnmowers, and utility vehicles.
Provide expert advice on parts compatibility, usage, and maintenance to enhance customer experience.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone.
Parts Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to reorder parts as needed to avoid shortages.
Ensure the parts department is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Technical Knowledge and Problem Solving

Understand the specifications and functions of various farm and recreational equipment parts.
Diagnose customer issues by interpreting equipment problems and recommending appropriate parts or solutions.
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure correct parts are available for repairs.
Administrative Duties

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory transactions.
Prepare reports on parts sales, inventory status, and customer feedback.
Support warranty claims and returns processing as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of farm and recreational equipment parts and their applications.
