We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Saskatoon. This role focuses on customer communication, account management, and office organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet customers over the phone
Contact customers regarding accounts, payments, and other inquiries
Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting notes
Schedule and confirm appointments or follow-ups as needed
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
Assist with financial tasks, such as processing payments and maintaining records
Support other staff and contribute to team projects
Operate office technology, including computers, QuickBooks, and Samsara (experience is an asset)
Requirements:
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to work
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in office administration or customer service
Experience with QuickBooks or Samsara is an asset
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, MondayFriday
Starting wage: $17/hour (based on experience)
Overtime opportunities available
3 weeks annual vacation
