We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Accountant to join our Accounting team, reporting to the Controller. This role is accountable for the daytoday accounting and financial management of an assigned portion of Avanas development and property management portfolio, working alongside other accountants responsible for their portfolio. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fastpaced, performance driven environment.

Skills and Abilities
35 years of relevant accounting experience

Postsecondary education in Accounting

Experience in construction and/or property management accounting is considered an asset

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and adapts well to change
